
That is a dumbest thing that you will ever hear in the industry. For a great reason, network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme – it is a business where you need to move a product through a group of people. You really need to work on it, not to sit down and I think that you will be rich.
If you join network marketing because of the get rich quick scheme idea, I’m telling you in 3 months time, you will quit the business and you will totally despise this industry. Therefore it is important that you must have the right mindset about this industry.
The first mindset that you must have is ‘Obsession!’
You must love the industry and love your job description in the industry. You must become obsessed on what successful people do in network marketing. Not in a short period of time, not in 15 hours or in 24 hours. It must be a lifestyle, a daily routine.
How many people are you calling in a day?
How many people do you set an appointment?
How many sign-ups you have in a week?
What successful people do in the industry?
You must be obsessed filling these questions through actions. If you are not, then chances of succeeding in network marketing industry is low. It’s about becoming obsessed, becoming hyper, and becoming enthusiastic on productive things that you must do to build your organization and becoming a successful network marketer.
Becoming obsess must always be accompany with discipline, because without it obsession leads to chaos.
When it comes to obsession it is always accompanied by these two words – utilization and implementation
Utilization
Utilization is all about getting the most from the environment. It’s about maximizing the things or resources you have in your network marketing industry. These could be burrowing your product literature and exploring how it works, reading books and blogs about network marketing, having a regular meeting with your company top earner to get things from them, or sharing great ideas to your sponsor.
Implementation
It’ about taking action and getting results!
All your ideas and excitement will just be a waste if you will not take action to bring it to reality.
You might have a 100 list of your prospects, and let say 50% of the people on the lists are potential leaders for your organization, but these lists are only list if you will not take the action to call them.
Results are only a reflection of your action. Are you giving your best moves to make tremendous result?
If you are not making any money in your network marketing business, maybe you are not making any action.
Obsession, utilization, and implementation these three should be incorporate together in your business career.
