Generating traffic on your MLM blog is not easy but it is simple. You have to be consistent on promoting every time you have a new post. Your content should be more focus on providing solutions to people’s problem and should not be boring, lame, or focused on blatant advertising products and services.
A blog with a very good content will dominate your niche and it becomes viral especially when people see your content as a solution to their problem.
In this post, I’m going to share with you the top ten (10) strategies that I’m using to generate traffic on my blog.
Top Ten MLM Blog Traffic Tips
1. This is for the first timer who does not have a blog post yet. Write at least five tutorial style articles aimed to teach your readers about something. Generally it should be at least 500 – 600 words and have a lot of practical tips and advice. The more tutorial type article you have the more people will read and share your content because they will find it beneficial.
2. Write at least a minimum of 1 blog post per week, but if you can make it daily the better. Not every post has to be tutorial type. If you are writing daily, I suggest that you write at least three (3) tutorial style per week, two (2) your personal experience, one (1) event, and one (1) product reviews.
3. Share your new blog post on your wall or on your fan page to inform your friends about your latest post.
4. Join at least ten (10) groups on Facebook and share you post on the group. The members on the groups should be cool, interactive and they communicate to each another. Avoid spam meaningless groups. When you post your content on Facebook Groups wall make sure that you have a catchy headline to grab the attention of the members on Facebook groups.
5. Encourage your audience to comment on your post. Always respond to comments as well so you can keep the conversation going.
6. Submit your post on social bookmarking sites such as Digg.com, StumbleUpon.com, and Reddit.com.
7. Choose the best picture for your blog post and submit it on Pinterest.com together with your post URL.
8. Submit your content to top article directories such as GoArticles.com, EzineArticles.com, ArticlesBased.com, and Ideamarketers.com. These article directories have a good Google page rank, so it will help you to get search engine result.
9. Inform your list about your new blog post. You can inform then through Email or SMS.
10. Visit related blogs and comments on their post. Comment only on post similar to your topic since the reader will be more likely to be interested in your blog.
Here’s a Bonus Tip
Make sure that you install Google Analytics on your blog so that you can measure the amount of traffic you are getting. Based on my observation, Google Analytics is much accurate than Awstats which is located on the Cpanel of your hosting.
Just a Word of Advice
Generating traffic for your MLM blog is not an overnight job. You have to be consistent on creating and promoting your content.
