How to Avoid MLM Scams in the Philippines

Choosing a real and legitimate network marketing company in Philippines can be difficult nowadays. A lot of “considered” legitimate and registered MLM companies are being put up everywhere and being approved by the Philippine government without being screened. Most of these companies offer a good compensation plan and a good system but the question is the intentions of the board of directors and its members. Is it just to make money fast and then shut down the company?

If you’ll notice most MLM companies offer crap products and much focus on the networking side instead of product movement which is the long term basis and where the passive income is.

These companies offer so many promises such as “heaven and earth” will be yours once you join their opportunity. Or that you will be rich in just 1-3 months. I’m telling you joining a network marketing programs are also starting a business. There’s no such thing an overnight rich story in MLM. That is hype! These networkers are just only triggering your emotion, “emotional attack is what I call” and trying your exploit your dreams so that they can get your money and have their commissions.

As the wise says, easy money will be squandered quickly. The old fashioned hard work is still your best to obtain financial freedom.

Many business classified as a network marketing business can be found. You can find them on your spam email folder, on Facebook and even on your mobile phone. Their revenue is based on recruitment not on sales of products or services. You recruit those poor people who are looking for an exit about their miserable lives and then they will do the same, so it is duplication right?

And the only way these scam artists to make a substantial income is to lie on their prospects up to the top of the genealogy. Once at the top, they collect a large portion of membership fee from recruits. One of their claims is that once you climb the ladder to a higher level, your income will be passive and choose to sit back and relax. While it may be approved by the Security of Exchange and Commission (SEC) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI ), it is not morally correct to benefit from the hard work of others.
